Hungry for Food- my take on this awesome documentary

In the documentary Hungry for Food (available on netflix) A few experts discuss what junk we fill our bodies with. Such as MSG and Cornstarch that are added in foods for a longer shelf life, It’s disgusting. Furthermore, they mention that instead of having temporary diets, adding additional foods that are healthier: parsley, Aloe vera, chia seeds, etc. and then the bad foods you will no longer crave. This documentary is a eye opener that makes you realize that we fill are body with food – like substances that have no sustenance that make us want ot eat more and more. I strongly sugest that you watch this.
